An established national charity seeks a dedicated Social Worker to join their Community Support Services team. Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.
The opportunity
We currently have a full-time permanent Social Worker opportunity at March of Dimes Canada (MODC). The Social Worker works within the Community Support Services program at MODC assisting clients navigating complex service issues and conflict to maximize their opportunity for success in our programs. Through therapeutic interventions, the unique needs of our clients will be balanced with the scope of our services and the staff team, who play a key role in supporting quality outcomes. This role also provides oversight of our applicant/client assessment and intake function.
