Qualifications

• Experience providing individual therapy to children, teens, and/or adults.
• Registration in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
• Professional liability insurance, including cyber liability.
• See a minimum of 15 clients per week in-person AND virtually.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, culturally responsive counselling.
• Integrate DiveThru app features in sessions.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
• Commit to providing person-centred care.

Skills

Clinical training in evidence based approaches

Excellent oral and communication skills

Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics

Ability to work independently

Commitment to ongoing professional development

Education

Masters or Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology
