Shared Health in Winnipeg is seeking a Registered Psychiatric Nurse N2 for the Intensive Treatment Service at MATC. This is an in-person, clinical role supporting psychiatric care across multiple shifts.

Essential: experience in psychiatry; Child and Adolescent Mental Health preferred. Requires a degree in nursing (B.Sc.P.N./B.Sc.M.H./B.Sc.N.) and active CRPNM/CRNM registration.

Shifts include Days, Evening and Nights with standby coverage. 7.75 hours per day; 2015 annual base hours; 0.00 FTE.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

Graduate from an approved program in Psychiatric Nursing or Nursing. (B.Sc.P.N., B.Sc. M.H. or B.Sc.N. preferred).

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Responsible for maintaining and providing proof of active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) or the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
• Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

• Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)/Registered Psychiatric Nurses Act.
