Job summary

Fidelity Canada is hiring a Registered Products Administrator to support settlements with Trustee, RRSP/TFSA contributions, RESP administration, and RRIF/LIF payments. The role requires familiarity with various account types, strong Excel skills, and bilingual FR/EN communication.

The position is a contract opportunity designated as Hybrid under Fidelity Canada’s policy, with an hourly pay range of CAD 26.00–30.00, and location changes from Toronto to Mississauga by late 2026.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education completed or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Familiar with Non-Registered and Registered accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, etc.).
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry.
• Completion of, or enrollment in, a financial services program (e.g., CSC).
• Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Settlements with Trustee, RRSP/TFSA contributions and deregistrations, RESP administration.
• RRIF/LIF payment setup and recurring events; RRSP to RRIF rollovers.
• Coordinate monthly ESDC grant files timing and generation.
• Reconcile monthly RESP grant payments with internal systems.

Please note: This is a CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY until December 31, 2026. This role is designated as “Hybrid” as per Fidelity Canada’s Dynamic Working Policy. Current Work Authorization is required for all openings.

The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Fidelity Clearing Canada (FCC) is the leading independent clearing broker and custodian in the Canadian market. We provide trade execution, clearing, custody and back-office support services to Canadian-based brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of U.S.-based firms.

What You Will Do

The Registered Products Administrator will have the opportunity to learn about not only our company, but also the niche market of clearing, custodial and trade execution services.

• The Registered Products team is responsible for settlements with our Trustee, RSP and TFSA contributions/deregistration’s, RESP administration, RRIF/LIF payment setup/recurring events, RRSP to RRIF rollovers, and Pension plan unlocking/administration.
• Processes all RESP withdrawals and transfer requests.
• Coordinates the timing and generation of ESDC monthly in/out grant files.
• Reconciles monthly RESP grant payment from ESDC with our system.

What We Are Looking For: Education, Experience

• Post-secondary education completed or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ of experience in the financial services industry.
• You are familiar with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc.).
• Excellent MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry.
• Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC).
• Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English.
