Fidelity Canada is seeking a Registered Products Administrator to support settlements with Trustee, RRSP, TFSA and RESP administration. You will manage contributions, deregistrations, and set up RRIF/LIF events in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a minimum 1-2 years in financial services, familiarity with various account types, and excellent MS Excel skills. Hybrid work between Toronto and Mississauga is offered.

The Registered Products Administrator will have the opportunity to learn about not only our company, but also the niche market of clearing, custodial and trade execution services.
The Registered Products team is responsible for settlements with our Trustee, RSP and TFSA contributions/deregistration’s, RESP administration, RRIF/LIF payment setup/recurring events, RRSP to RRIF rollovers, and Pension plan unlocking/administration.
This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The hourly rate ranges from $26.00 to $30.00, based on experience and qualifications.
