Fidelity Canada is seeking a contract New Accounts support role to open and review new client accounts within the Dataphile environment. You will assist with a broad range of account lifecycle tasks and client maintenance while ensuring documents meet internal and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in financial services, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced setting.
You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

The New Accounts team is responsible for opening and reviewing new accounts into Dataphile environment in a timely manner. You will be responsible in supporting a broad range of account lifecycle and client maintenance activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, risk awareness, and the ability to manage both routine and complex account updates across multiple systems ensuring documents are in good order adhering to internal and regulatory industry requirements. Providing clear instructions to our clients regarding any deficiencies to ensure an Effortless Experience.
This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The hourly rate ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 , based on experience and qualifications.
