Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) - Windsor

Join RhynoCare Staffing Solutions as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) - Windsor.

We are seeking experienced RPNs to work in long-term and acute care facilities around Windsor. This role offers competitive wages, travel compensation, and accommodation benefits.

Shift Details

Shifts include early morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight hours with consistent scheduling until further notice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care according to established policies, physician’s orders, and resident care plans within the scope of practice.
  • Apply sound nursing principles to deliver excellent care in assigned areas.
  • Manage resident admissions, orientations, transfers, and discharges safely and timely.
  • Ensure proper control and safekeeping of medications and narcotics, following all protocols.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs.
Requirements
  • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Ability to work with infectious disease cases.
  • BLS and First Aid & CPR certifications.
  • Proof of immunizations (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella), recent TB test, and Hepatitis B vaccination.
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible availability for shifts of 8 or 12 hours, including floating between units as needed.
  • Reliability and compliance with shift policies.
