Our Visiting Nurses provide client care in the client’s own home. They perform physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, counseling to individuals and families, and much more.

What we need from you:

1. Must be licensed as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of practice
2. Canadian Nurses Association certification in Community Health Nursing is an asset
3. Additional degrees or certificates may be required for specific clinical practice areas
4. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
5. A current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required; Vulnerable Sector Search and Child Abuse Registry Check may also be required
6. Clinical practice experience is an asset
7. Experience in community health is an asset
8. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required
