Our RPNs provide patient-centered nursing care, build trusted relationships, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, and mentoring unregulated care providers.

Qualifications:

• Current registration as an RPN in the applicable province
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
• Knowledge in gerontology, rehabilitation, or long-term care is an asset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
