Job summary

ParaMed Home Health Care in Elliot Lake, Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide in-home community nursing visits with RNs for complex cases. You will practice with autonomy and balance, delivering ethical and safe care while building strong patient relationships.

The role includes on-call coverage, travel to patient homes within a designated area, and part-time scheduling with every other weekend off. Ideal candidates bring CNO registration and valid driving credentials.

This position is located in Elliot Lake, Ontario. In this community nursing role, you as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) will have scheduled visits within the community to care for patients in various settings with the support of RNs for more complex patients. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
