Join our team as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)!

Full Time and Part Time Opportunities available

As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you are an integral part of the health care team, providing planned, resident-focused, and goal-directed care in accordance with provincial standards under the direction of the Director of Care.

The following traits and qualifications are required:

  • Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51)
  • Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset
  • Ability to perform care planning and coordinate care within a diverse multidisciplinary team
  • Proficiency with current care technology
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act as Charge Nurse when required
  • Effective communication with the home's physician as needed
  • Interest in ongoing education, training, and professional development
  • Adherence to MLTC guidelines and requirements
  • Skills to deliver effective, safe, and resident-centered care
  • Commitment to providing quality service that exceeds residents' expectations
  • Contribute to a home environment aligned with Jarlette Health Services' values
