Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer medications.
• Apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressings.
• Ensure infection control procedures are followed.
• Monitor nutritional intake and vital signs.
• Observe and record medication effects and adverse reactions.
• Provide nursing care based on patient assessment and care planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to evaluate patient progress.
• Provide health education to patients and families.

Tasks
