Carecor Health Services Ltd. is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (Pediatrics) for casual, school-based pediatric care in Orillia, Ontario.

The role provides direct nursing support to pediatric students within a school setting, under the RPN scope of practice, with collaborative teams including families, school staff, physicians, and community providers. The position supports up to three students per caseload, with shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as an RPN in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Pediatric, community, home care, or family-centered care experience preferred.

Summary of Position

The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) - Community Pediatrics provides compassionate, family-centered nursing care to pediatric clients within school and community settings. Working independently and collaboratively with families, school staff, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, the RPN supports the health, safety, and well-being of children with medical, developmental, or complex care needs. This role involves providing direct nursing support to a caseload of up to three pediatric students during the school day, ensuring individualized care plans are followed while promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.

• Proof of negative TB skin test within 1 year
