KDH is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join the OR/Clinics team on a casual basis.

Qualifications:

• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma with a current registration issued by College of Nurses of Ontario;
• Registered Practical Nurse Operating Room Certificate;
• Recent OR surgical experience (2+ years);
• Recent Clinics experience (2+ years);
• Current BCLS Certificate;
• Proficient in the use of EMR – Epic (Ambulatory Clinics & Lumens modules);
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly;
• Knowledge of infection control practices and sterile technique;
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Starting Wage:

$36.60/hr
