Job Description

Right at Home is looking for experienced, professional LPN/RN/RPN to add to our team of exceptional Nurses and assist with 1:1 client care In Sutton, Ontario.

Hospital, retirement community, or family home, Right at Home can top up the support already provided by family members, government resources or retirement residences. Our flexible, professional and relationship-orientated support is there when our clients need it most.

Responsibilities

  1. Bolus syringe-feeds 4 x daily, via Mikey monitor for aspiration/overall health status, seizures, medication admin, personal care, light meal prep
  2. Measure vital signs (blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, and respiration rate)
  3. Collect, label, process, and package biologic specimens for shipment to the central laboratory
  4. Administration of 12-lead ECG
  5. Facilitating investigational medicinal product (IMP) accountability
  6. Completing urine pregnancy tests and urine drug tests
  7. Assess and record changes in signs or symptoms, as reported by the patient
  8. Conduct study drug review
  9. Complete visit documentation

  1. CPR Certification/First Aid Training (required)
  2. 2-step TB test (required)
  3. VSS/Criminal Record Check (required)
  4. Nursing license and registered in good standing with the CNO (required)
