Job summary

Halton Healthcare Georgetown is seeking a registered nurse to support complex transitional care populations within our hospital setting. The role focuses on patient-centered care, collaboration with the care team and delivering high-quality services in a dynamic environment.

The position is permanent part-time (up to 0.5 FTE) with rotating 12-hour shifts (0730–1930 and 1930–0730). Applicants must be a current RN in Ontario with BLS certification and strong geriatric care experience.

Qualifications

• Current Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire
