Sienna Island Park Retirement Living in Campbellford, ON is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for a permanent full‑time role. The position offers a pay rate of $25.48 per hour with a 60‑hour biweekly schedule and rotating shifts in Week 1 and Week 2.

You will work under the Director of Wellness to provide compassionate nursing and personal care while supporting residents’ dignity and comfort in a caring community.

Formación

• RPN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required.
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care per policy, physician orders, and resident plan of care.
• Deliver high-quality nursing and personal care.
• Create a welcoming, supportive environment through teamwork and communication.
• Oversee resident care with regular updates to residents and families; guide staff.
• Supervise Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members on the unit.
• Assess admissions, readmissions, and changes in resident status.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be a welcomed member of the Aspira Island Park Retirement Living team and impact in the following ways:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician’s orders, the resident plan of care, and within the scope of practice of an RPN.
• Utilizing sound nursing practice principles, ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care
• Creating a welcoming and supportive environment for the residents through teamwork and effective communication with staff
• Overseeing resident care, including regular communication with residents and their families, and providing guidance to staff
• Supervise the Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members assigned to the unit
• Admission, readmission, and change in status, and provide ongoing assessment to the residents

Who you are:

• A Registered Practical Nurse in good standing the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• An asset is having experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation and/or senior health industry
• You have good judgement, the ability to identify risk and can foster a positive work environment
