Expert Physio Plus is expanding its team of Registered Physiotherapists to serve clients at our Orleans and Gloucester clinics. We seek a dedicated professional who can assess and treat patients, develop personalized plans, and communicate effectively in a patient-centered environment.

Full-time positions offer clinical mentoring, paid onboarding, and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive, growth-focused team dedicated to high-quality care for our community.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
• Ability to assess and treat clients and develop treatment plans.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Your Commitment

• Able to assess and treat clients.
• Effectively understand the client’s medical history, symptoms, and long-term goals.
• Communicate the benefits of physiotherapy to your client.
• Develop and communicate clear personalized treatment plans for each client based on their ultimate goals.
• Accurately document as per college guideline client’s condition and progress.
• Communicate with clarity, empathy and respect at all times when interacting with patients, their families and other team members.
• Participate in practitioner development meetings to review compliance and performance to determine the level of training required to help you grow.
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO).
• Appropriate liability insurance.
• Flexibility to work mornings and evenings as needed.
• Strong communication skills and engagement.
• Patient experience-focused with a team player mindset.
• Manual levels/acupuncture/IMS/Dry Needling certifications/ Concussion/ Vestibular rehabilitation. certification/knowledge would be an asset.
• Clinical experience: two years preferred.
• Language: French - preferred.
