The Opportunity

Compensation & Schedule

We offer competitive compensation, performance incentives and strong earning potential within a growing pay model. New clinicians are supported with an initial income guarantee while building their caseload, with long‑term earning potential based on consistency, patient retention and growth.

To support patient demand and build a strong schedule, clinicians should be open to a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings and flexible availability.
