St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto is seeking a Registered Nurse to work within inter-professional teams, advocating for wellness and delivering safe, effective nursing care.

The RN shares knowledge and expertise with others and contributes to the advancement of nursing practice excellence. You will continually enhance practice through learning, education, experience and reflective practice, participate in discharge planning, and support evidence-based nursing care and collaboration within Unity

Qualifications

• Must have Current General Class (Practicing) Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BLS Certification
• Must have recent experience in managing the care of adult post-surgical patients
• Neurosurgical experience preferred
• Neuroscience Certification or Advanced Trauma Care Course preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professions / disciplines in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven planning, time management, organization and coordination skills

Responsibilities
