About the Role

VON nurses work across clinics, homes, and community settings, collaborating with community health teams to deliver client-centered care. Responsibilities include physical assessments, symptom management, palliative care, rehabilitation, wound care, education, and counseling. We are currently hiring for an existing vacancy in Ontario.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Canadian Nurses Association certification in Community Health (asset)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sector Search required
• Experience in community health and clinical practice (assets)
• Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
