Interior Health Authority in Armstrong, BC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Pleasant Valley Manor Long-term Care team. This casual opportunity offers flexibility and exposure to a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where you support residents' quality of life.

Shifts are scheduled from 07:00 to 16:30, with opportunities for ongoing training, competitive wages, and benefits through IH. Join a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to well-being.

About The Job

The Registered Nurse:

• Provides nursing care to Long-term Care patients, both by working independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
• Enhances quality of life for the patient and family; consults, confers, and collaborates with other health care providers
• Demonstrates continuous improvement and evidence based practice in nursing practice
• Maintains and advances own clinical competence
• Participates on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned

This is a Casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.

Shifts of work will be scheduled days from 07:00 to 16:30 hours.
