We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication to delivering compassionate patient care at our hospital in Smithers, BC. Under clinical supervision of the Team Lead or designate, the nurse provides ongoing outreach nursing care, case management, and mental health and substance use support services for clients in hospital, residential, or community settings. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring treatment plans to enhance community functioning and reduce re-hospitalization, working closely with inter-professional teams and community partners.

Shift Rotation/Hours: Mon - Wed, Days, 08:30 to 17:00
