Qualifications

Overview

Financial Support for Moving Expenses is available for this position. Do you have a passion for nursing? We have the position for you! We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Dawson Creek & District Hospital.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Unit Manager, the ER/ICU RN provides direct nursing care to the Emergency and Critical care patients according to established standards/policies. The ER/ICU RN identifies, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care to assist patients in meeting their physical, social, and psychological needs in the Emergency and Critical Care environment. Nursing practice is guided by the vision and values of Northern Health, BCCNM Standards of Nursing Practice and Code of Ethics. The Registered Nurse will use Northeast Health Services Area and Dawson Creek and District Hospital approved policies, procedures and protocols.

Shift Rotation / Hours of Work

Days, Nights - 07:30 to 19:30, 19:30 to 07:30, rotating

Salary

New Wage: As of April 1, 2024, the new wage is: $41.42 - $55.91/hour
