Job summary

Evergreen Community in White Rock, BC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an evening shift. The RN will lead the care team, develop personalized care plans, assess residents, and perform nursing interventions including medications and transfers in a supportive Baptist Housing community.

Requirements include active RN registration with BCCNM, 1+ year geriatric/complex care experience, strong assessment and communication skills, and proficiency with EHRs. First Aid/CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• A minimum of one year of experience in geriatric, palliative, or complex care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Commitment to a person-centered approach to care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and electronic health records.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

About The Role

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 for Level 3 Registered Nurses (RNs), along with the opportunity to work in a supportive and caring community.
