Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Out-Patient Endoscopy unit.
  • Perform assigned duties with attention to pre/post-procedure care and documentation.
  • Promote health and assist in maintaining patient health outcomes.
  • Possess leadership abilities such as acting as Charge Nurse when required.

Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.WHAT YOU’LL DO:The Registered Nurse (RN), in the Out-Patient Endoscopy unit has a unique role in promoting health, in preventing illness, and in assisting clients and families attain and maintains the highest level of health possible. S/he is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, with predictable and unpredictable outcomes who may or may not be clinically stable.
