Southlake is offering a paid Critical Care Nursing Program through the Michener Institute, based on the qualifications at the bottom of the posting.

Cohort Dates

• Fall Cohort: August 25, 2025 (Hospital orientation begins August 12, 2025)
• Fall Cohort: September 28, 2025 (Hospital orientation begins September 9, 2025)
• Winter Cohort: January 12, 2026 (Orientation date to be determined)

About the Critical Care Nursing Program

• 11-week course
• Paid full-time hours
• Combination of instructor-led virtual and clinical education
• Formal 3-month mentorship after course completion
• Opportunities for further certifications in-house after course completion

Job Responsibilities
