Northern Health - BC is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the team at the Dawson Creek & District Hospital. The RN delivers compassionate patient care under the supervision of the Manager or designate, following the standards of the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and a patient- and family-centered care model.

The role operates in an acute medical unit and involves collaboration with an interprofessional care team to assess, plan, provide and evaluate nursing care for patients.

• Shift rotation includes Days and Nights (07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00).

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, the Registered Nurse practices in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as well as within a patient and family-centered care model.
The Registered Nurse (RN) practices in a variety of clinical settings, and working collaboratively with the interprofessional care team, provides direct patient care by assessing, planning, providing and evaluating nursing care to patients in an acute medical unit.
Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Days, Nights, 07:00 to 19:00, 19:00 to 07:00 (rotating)
