Job summary

ParaMed in North Bay, Ontario is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide community-based home visits. You will assess patients, implement and monitor care plans, and maintain accurate records of encounters and outcomes.

Travel within a designated area is required. A valid CNO registration, driver’s license, and flexible hours including on-call are essential. A $3,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Experience delivering community care is an asset.
• Willingness to travel within designated area.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using standard tools and monitor care plans.
• Provide home-based nursing care and document encounters.
• Travel to patient residences within the service area.
