Bruyère Health in Ottawa is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the mobile care team on a temporary, full-time basis. The role involves delivering patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care within the interdisciplinary team and aligning with nursing standards and Bruyère Health policies.
You will assist patients and residents to manage clinical conditions and transitions, support their self-care and psychosocial needs, and act as a resource for the care team.
POSITION TYPE : Temporary, Full-time, Rotation (Day/Night), 75 hours / pay period, 1.0 FTE (12 hour shifts) - Replacement position
SALARY SCALE : $41.15 to $58.98 per hour

Reporting to Clinical Manager, as a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will deliver safe, effective, patient and resident-centered, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care according to scope of practice and in accordance with Bruyère Health policies, procedures and standards and with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards. Your overall function will be to assist patients and residents and their loved ones to manage clinical conditions and transitions, and maximize their self-care, psychosocial, spiritual, communicative and interpretive abilities. You also act as a resource for members of the care team.
