Job summary

Mint Health + Drugs in Canada is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team and support home-based patient care, delivering medications, monitoring insulin dosing, and assisting with self-administered meds.

You will work in a pharmacist-led, patient-centered environment, maintain patient rooms, document visit details on company apps, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure compassionate, practical care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program.
• Current, active registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
• Flexible schedule: must be available for 7 am start, and weekends.
• Strong communication, patience, empathy, and ability to work in a team.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of medication: taking daily medication to the homes of our patients.
• Clinical support: prompt and observe insulin dosing.
• Medication assistance: assisting with self-administered medication or providing reminders.
• Environmental maintenance: maintaining clean, safe, and tidy patient rooms.
• Reporting: reporting changes in patient condition and behavior.
• Documentation: documenting visit details using apps on the company phone.
