About the ICU
Consisting of 36 beds, our ICU is a level 3 unit that also cares for level 2 patients, serving a diverse patient population including obstetrical, oncology, medicine, and surgical patients. This unit uses a pod-based design to facilitate efficient care delivery and teamwork, alongside advanced technology for patient care and monitoring. The facility is designed with large windows for natural light, and there is a negative pressure pod and six isolation rooms to control infections. Practical amenities include a lounge, kitchenette, shower, and quiet rooms for families and caregivers. An education room equipped with a simulation mannequin supports ongoing training.
