Job description

Schedule: 36 hours, Day/Night (3)-12 hour shifts, weekend and holiday rotation

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSN required
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers and ACLS required or can be completed upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience
• ICU experience preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Ability to demonstrate basic analytic thinking necessary for patient care
• Comfort with ventilators, pressors, multiple infusions, hemodynamic monitoring, CVVH
• Strong patient advocacy skills
• Adherence to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
