Job summary

Betel Home Foundation operates 2 not-for-profit Personal Care Homes in Gimli and Selkirk, Manitoba. The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care under the Director of Resident Care, guiding aides and licensed staff as needed.

This role emphasizes ethical practice and collaboration within our care team. Applicants must hold active Manitoba RN licensure (CRNM/CRPNM) and BLS, with strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure with CRNM or CRPNM, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Current BLS training and the ability to perform nursing skills per standards.
• Proficiency with computers and basic electronic software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care under the Director of Resident Care.
• Provide clinical direction to Health Care Aides, LPNs and Nurse II’s when charge assigned.
• Adhere to ethics and provincial standards and Betel Home policies.
• Collaborate with residents, families and care teams to optimize outcomes.
