Job summary

Betel Home Foundation in Gimli, Manitoba, is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents under supervision of the Director of Resident Care. The RN will also help lead clinical direction for Health Care Aides, LPNs and Nurse II when assigned charge responsibilities, aligning with ethical and professional standards.

The role supports Betel Home’s mission, vision and values while contributing to high-quality geriatric and dementia care in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Active nursing licensure with CRNM or CRPNM or eligible for active licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
• Knowledge of clinical nursing skills and concepts.
• Basic knowledge and skills to work with computers and electronic software.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical direction to Health Care Aides, LPNs and Nurse II when assigned charge responsibilities.
