SE Health is hiring full-time and part-time nurses to cover Halliburton county and surrounding areas in Ontario. Staff are paid per client visit, with guaranteed visits for full-time roles biweekly. A $4,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000 are available.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) is required.
• CPR certificate is required.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required (travel).
• Updated immunization records and background checks are required on hire.
• Willingness to attain Saint Elizabeth certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive client assessments and develop care plans.
• Act as primary provider for a client caseload and lead care coordination.
• Support clients through transitions by connecting with community services.
