Grand Erie Public Health is seeking a Public Health Nurse for a temporary full-time role in Brantford. You will deliver nursing interventions to promote community health and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate programs across the lifespan.
Requires a BScN with public health prep, current Ontario nursing registration, and community-based experience; valid driver’s license is preferred.

The Public Health Nurse will be responsible for the provision of nursing interventions which promote and preserve the health of communities, families and individuals across the lifespan; functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and services; uses principles of community development to identify health issues, advocates for policy change; applies innovative health promotion strategies to facilitate healthy living in the community.
This is a temporary full‑time position beginning on the successful candidate’s start date and continuing until March 26, 2027. The exact length of the contract will vary depending on the start date (up to 6 months).
