Job summary

New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program (EMP) in Dieppe, NB, is hiring a Registered Nurse to holistically coordinate patient care within an integrated team, delivering services in home and community settings.

The role requires bilingual English and French, applicable nursing registration, and a minimum of two years' specialized nursing experience; a valid NB driver's license and CPR Level C are also required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Currently registered and in good standing, or eligible for registration, with the College of Nursing of New Brunswick (CNNB).
• A minimum of two (2) years in the last five (5) years of specialized registered nursing experience with preference in the areas of family practice, surgical, palliative care or oncology in a patient unit that requires daily collaboration with various health disciplines and family members as part of reaching patient goals;
• A good driving record with a valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License;
• Have a current CPR Level C certification or be prepared to obtain within 3 months;
• Ability to work efficiently as a member of the team and possess leadership and coaching skills, strong interpersonal skills, good judgment and decision making skills;
• Able to work all shifts as assigned, maintaining a good attendance record;
• A high regard for confidentiality; and
• Submit a valid and clean criminal record check.
