St. Michael's Hospital is offering to sponsor nurses registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario who are interested in working in the Cardiovascular ICU. Candidates selected to participate in this 13 week program(11 week - Michener)will be provided with a conditional offer ofemployment. To successfully complete this course, candidates must meet both academic and clinical evaluation standards. Theacademic portion of the course will be completed virtually.For internal candidates, successful completion of the 60 tour (450 hour) trial period is required prior to final confirmation in this role. External candidates confirmation will be in accordance with the probation period under terms of the ONA collective agreement.
