We’re now looking for a Nurse Clinic Manager to lead our Vancouver clinic. This is a unique opportunity to step into a hybrid leadership and clinical role, helping clients feel safe, supported, and transformed—while helping shape the future of mental health care.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is 60% clinic operations and leadership, and 40% client care. You’ll work closely with the Field Trip Health Senior Management Team and an interdisciplinary group of clinicians to ensure a seamless, safe, and healing experience for every client.

???? As a Nurse:

• Administer intramuscular ketamine and conduct pain management appointments
• Support clients with compassion and care throughout their healing journey
• Conduct client assessments and maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Monitor vitals, perform mental status exams, and co-create treatment plans
• Participate in regular training to stay current with certification and protocols

As a Clinic Manager:

• Oversee clinic operations and lead daily workflow
• Handle scheduling, emails, phone inquiries, payment plans, and reporting
• Lead local implementation of new programs and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support growth of the clinic by collaborating with HQ and identifying local needs
• Develop, refine, and enforce clinic policies and procedures

Who You Are

• A Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with BCCNM
• Comfortable with both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Passionate about mental health, client transformation, and holistic care
• A natural leader with a knack for organization and problem-solving
• Confident in fast-paced, startup-like settings where your input truly matters

Nice-to-Haves

• 1+ year experience as a Mental Health Nurse
• 2+ years of clinic management or leadership experience
• Experience in pain management, psychedelic therapy, or ketamine clinics

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Location: On-site, Vancouver, BC
• Pay: From $50/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• License: Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing with BCCNM (required)
