To be considered for this position, you will be actively registered (eligible for registration) with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRPN)or the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).You must have knowledge of medical and psychiatric theories and related intervention strategies; drug/alcohol withdrawal indicators and effects; communicable diseases in a correctional population; public health issues and risk factors, andknowledge of multi-cultural beliefs, values, and perspectives.The successful candidate will work day, evening, and weekendshifts.Shift patterns can be a combination of 8 hours or 12 hours. The hours of work arecurrently 07:00-22:30, seven days a week, and are subject to change to include night shifts.
