About the Role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Registered Nurse to join our innovative team at CLC.

As our Nurse, you will play a vital role in our preventative, longevity-focused approach to cardiovascular health. You will work alongside our cardiologist and current nurse practitioner to:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments similar to an annual primary care assessment.

· Monitor individualized lifestyle plans encompassing nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management

· Guide patients through their longevity optimization journey

· Educate clients on proactive health management and age-related disease prevention

· Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license from the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience with electronic medical records and documentation
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
