ParaMed in Hamilton, Ontario is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for visiting home care. You will assess patients, implement and adjust care plans, and work with families to ensure comfort and safety at home.

The role requires pediatric and palliative care experience, a valid CNO registration, and a valid driver’s license. Travel within the designated area is expected, with full-time scheduling and competitive benefits.
