ParaMed is seeking a Part-time Nurse (RPN/RN) to perform scheduled community visits in North York, Ontario. You will provide ethical nursing care, assess patient needs, and adjust care plans under the supervision of RNs for complex cases.

The role offers autonomy, a supportive team, and opportunities to develop clinical skills. Applicants must be in good standing with the CNO, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to travel within a designated area.

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in delivering community/home health care is an asset.
• Willingness to travel to patient residences within a designated area.
• Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety.
