Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) to join a specialist service that supports individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.

You'll work within a multidisciplinary team delivering personalised, high-quality nursing care, complete clinical assessments, develop care plans and promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) – essential.
• Valid NMC registration and PIN – essential.
• Completed preceptorship – essential.
• Previous post-registration nursing experience – essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to individuals with complex needs
• Support patients with learning disabilities and mental health conditions
• Complete clinical assessments and develop, implement and review individual care plans
• Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical records
• Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes
• Support positive behaviour strategies and individual risk management plans
• Promote independence, dignity and meaningful engagement in daily activities
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes
• Support and guide Healthcare Assistants in delivering consistent, high-quality care
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, clinical governance and NMC professional practice

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support individuals with a range of complex care needs, helping them achieve positive outcomes and improve their quality of life.

We're looking for a confident and compassionate Nurse who has completed their preceptorship, gained valuable post-registration experience and is passionate about delivering high-quality specialist nursing care.

Your Role as a Staff Nurse
