Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Brantford is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Brantford, ON. You will deliver high-quality, personalized in-home care to patients in their own homes.

As an RN, you will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. A valid CNO RN registration and a valid driver's license are required; we offer a flexible schedule and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Experience in home health, community, or long-term care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interactions.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for home visit travel.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
