Qualifications

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license to travel to client homes in Brantford and surrounding areas.

• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required.

• Monitor and document client health status and report changes to the care team.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Assist with medication reminders and adherence to care plans.

• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a care team
• Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) required or willingness to obtain
