Your Role:

As an RMT at our new Mississauga location, you’ll work with a motivated, active population seeking relief, recovery, and performance — not just relaxation. You’ll collaborate with a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and movement specialists, all aligned around one thing: getting people better, faster. You’ll have the space and time to do meaningful work, backed by mentorship and team support.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, therapeutic massage therapy with a focus on deep tissue and sports-style treatment
• Perform client assessments and adjust techniques based on functional goals and treatment plans
• Communicate clearly with clients about their care, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with other practitioners for integrated care plans and case reviews
• Participate in ongoing skill-building workshops and clinical mentorship
• Be involved in local performance and outreach events as part of the Axis community

Who You Are:

• Licensed and in good standing (or graduating soon) with the CMTO
• Trained in deep tissue, sports massage, or orthopaedic-based techniques
• Passionate about therapeutic, results-driven care — not spa-style treatments
• Eager to grow and refine your technique through ongoing mentorship and practice
• A team player who thrives in collaborative, high-performing environments
• Comfortable with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
• Ready to build a steady caseload with the support of an aligned front desk and marketing team
