Base pay range

CA$75,000.00/yr - CA$85,000.00/yr

We are a fast paced environment with referral sources from the community physiotherapists and chiropractors. We are currently hiring for our Vaughan and Cityplace (Downtown Toronto) locations, either as part-time or full-time employees.

Compensation

• A base hourly wage for client facing and non-client facing hours (min 6 hours/shift).
• On top of that, you earn a commission per client hour.
• Earn up to $2000/year in quarterly bonuses.
• $500-$1000 in education allowances for post graduate courses.
• Guaranteed yearly cost of living adjustments.
• Yearly increases in compensation are achieved through performance and professional development.
• First year compensation potential on a 34 hour FT schedule is valued at $80,000

Requirements

• Must be a member of the CMTO.
• Must have an interest in orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal medicine and rehabilitation.
• Must be able to treat a minimum of 6 hours/day, with 3 clients back to back, followed by a break.
• Interest in pursuing post graduate education & professional development.
• Must have an engaging personality with great listening, communication, and team work skills.
