Qualifications

• Must hold an active license with the provincial regulatory college.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and participating in clinic events.
• 1–2+ years of clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care.
• Mentor and lead when assigned to support junior staff.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development.
• Utilize e-charting and digital communication to streamline workflow.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention and self-management.
